I Loved this book! Keeping the babies on a schedule were important for my sanity. This books walks you through the steps on how to develop the schedule and keep the babies on a schedule.
The Happiest Baby on the Block by Harvey Karp, M.D.- This book also discusses how to calm crying babies and help them sleep longer in the night.
I found peace in this book knowing that babies cry to communicate, whether they are happy or need something. Just this simple concept helped me to keep my mommy sanity and relieved any guilt. Also, it’s challenging to soothe one baby, let alone two crying babies at the same time. This book helped my mental stamina. It was my job to keep a happy attitude and tone with the boys, even though I wanted to cry at times.
